JEff is entering his fourth decade doing governmental audits for private colleges. His firm, Froehle & Company, is unique in that there are only a handful of such specialized firms in existence. With a small and experienced staff of auditors, Froehle & Company performs both fiscal and compliance audits of the Federal Title IV Financial Assistance programs at these institutions.

With the licenses to perform these audits in over 30 states, Jeff and his staff are always on the go, hopping from one school location to the next.

Robert "Bob" Snapp is a partner with our firm and has over 28 years of experience with CPA firms and four years experience as a sole practitioner. He also has experience as a controller and was an accountant with Hobart Corporation.

Bob has participated in the audits of Mental Retardation programs funded by the State of Ohio, a municipality and various funds including HUD, JTPA, Community Development Block Grants and Federal Student Financial Aid Programs.

During his years in public accounting, Bob has gained experience in dealing with small businesses involved in many industries. He also has experience in auditing banks and savings and loans.

Bob has an Associate of Arts in accounting from Miami Jacobs Junior Business Colleg obtained in 1968. He is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has been active in service clubs, church, and community activities. He is currently serving as a member of the Small Business Management Advisory Board for Upper Valley Joint Vocational School. He was on the Board of Directors for Darke County Chamber of Commerce.

Sharon Schiavone is a bookkeeper with our firm, who attended Sinclair Community College studying accounting and business. Sharon has 16 years experience in the accounting field with concentration on financial report processing and payroll functions. She offers experience in tax preparation. She has worked with diverse clients ranging from small businesses to medium size corporations. In addition to her education and experience, Sharon demonstrates high ethical standards while adhering to GAAP. She is active in church and community projects and has special interests in youth soccer related programs.

Charles Rettinger, Student Financial Aid Auditor, is a graduate of Ashland University and has over 13 years of experience in the field.

Thomas Noes, Student Financial Aid Auditor, is a graduate of Miami University, Ohio. Thomas has recently joined our audit specialist team.
